First draft delivered within 72 hours of the final shoot day. Final delivery depends on your revision feedback, but most listings are completely wrapped within a week of the shoot.
If your listing goes live on a specific date or you have a closing timeline to hit, tell us during the booking call and we'll build the production schedule around it.
Not at all. Our Property Tour tier is entirely music-driven with no on-camera component. The Marketing Film tier gives you the option of an agent interview or professional voiceover. You choose what fits your brand and your comfort level.
Many agents choose to be on camera because it builds authority and personal connection with buyers, especially for higher-end listings. But if that's not your thing, music-only and voiceover presentations sell just as well.
Professional staging always elevates the final product, but it's not a requirement. We'll work with what you have and use camera angles, lighting, and editing to present every room in its best light.
If your listing is staged, we'll coordinate the shoot to capture it at peak presentation. If it's not, we'll talk through what to prioritize during our pre-production call.
Pay at Closing through Titus is tied to the property MLS. If your listing doesn't close within 6 months, Titus collects payment from you at that point. Until then, there's nothing out of pocket and no monthly payments.
