Not at all. Every Flagship listing film is offered in three presentation styles: Agent Led (you on camera), Voice Over (professional narration), or Music Only (cinematic visuals with no dialogue). You choose what fits your brand and your comfort level.
Most ranch brokers choose Agent Led or Broker + Lifestyle because being on camera builds authority and trust with out-of-market buyers. But if that's not your thing, voiceover and music-only versions sell just as well for the right property.
We plan and strategize with you before every shoot to ensure our visit to the property lines up with ideal weather, light, and seasonal conditions. A cinematic listing film isn't something we leave to chance.
Every Flagship project also includes up to 2 shoot sessions, so if conditions shift unexpectedly on day one, we come back at no additional cost.
